Over the course of the past 8 years he has listed and/or sold $58,500,000 in hotels and motels, including eight in receivership.

In 2018, Tim founded and Chairs Hotel Exchange Group, which includes seven other-like minded experienced hotel sales specialists with recommended consultants for hotels including; architecture, project management, immigration, appraisals and management providers, both permanent and temporary.

Anderson has been in commercial real estate for over 35 years and has handled several development projects and all types of sales, including land, investment, industrial and office leasing for many years with Royal Le Page Commercial. Currently he is focused on hotels and periodically publishes Hotel News Notes.

She works predominantly in the Greater Edmonton Area but has been involved with hotel sales in central and more northerly locations in Alberta.

Jennifer has been recognized as a Leader in the Real Estate Industry locally, Provincially and Nationally. In 2020 she was the Chair of the Realtors Association of Edmonton.
