Hotel Exchange Group is comprised of seven dedicated and skilled commercial agents with specialized experience in hotel sales and acquisitions. Each agent comes from a different brokerage, giving our clients access to a broader network, deeper market knowledge, and stronger exposure across Alberta and the other markets we serve.
We meet regularly to share information about current hotel buying and selling opportunities, along with local market updates covering room values, price per key, cap rates, financing, sales activity, trends, and industry topics.
