Tim has sold a number of fully functioning hotels including a number in receivership and one with a lease/option to purchase. He is a co-owner of a hotel with over 125 rooms. Over the course of the past 8 years he has listed and/or sold $53,000,000 in hotels and motels, including eight in receivership. In 2018, he formed and chairs the Hotel Exchange Group, including seven other like minded experienced hotel sales specialists with recommended consultants for hotels, architecture, project management, immigration, appraisals and others.
Anderson has been in commercial real estate for over 35 years and has handled several development projects and all types of sales, including land, investment, industrial and office leasing for many years with Royal  Le Page Commercial. Currently he is focused on hotels and periodically publishes Hotel News Notes with interesting comments and views on the market.

Her background as af Building Inspector and an Energy Advisor has been invaluable and was a critical part in closing two recent hotel transactions. She works predominantly in the Greater Edmonton Area but has been involved with hotel sales in central and more northerly locations in Alberta. Jennifer has been recognized as a Leader in the Real Estate Industry locally, Provincially and Nationally. In 2020 she was the Chair of the Realtors Association of Edmonton.
